Whitgift Dental is a local General and Private Dental Practice in Croydon. We have been established since 1970 and we have recently relocated to Chatsworth Road in Croydon.
As part of the re-opening we have a special offer and are accepting new patients.The New Patient registration fee is normally £70. For a limited time we will accept new patients for £35 only.
On your first visit to Whitgift Dental, you will be welcomed by our reception Team Julie and Desiree then asked to complete a medical history form. This is available to download and complete at home and bring along if you wish. Please bring a list of any medication you are currently taking.
Your first appointment will include
- Full dental examination
- Evaluate your overall health and oral hygiene
- Evaluate your risk of tooth decay, root decay, and gum or bone disease
- Any relevant digital x-rays to aid and complete diagnosis
- Check your bite and jaw for problems
- Oral health risk relating to smoking, diet, eating disorders
- Mouth Cancer Screening
- Treatment plan estimate
- Payment options
