Desiree joined our team in November 2015 and has been an essential part of Whitgift Dental ever since. She is dedicated to enhancing the patient experience by providing outstanding customer care and ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and at ease.
Desiree completed her Higher Skills Care Coordinator course, strengthening her ability to clearly explain treatment options and guide patients confidently throughout their dental journey. With many years of front-of-house experience, she is known for her efficiency and her warm, professional approach. She also assists in surgery, where she enjoys the clinical side of dentistry and caring for patients directly.
Since 2024, Desiree has pursued further training in hypnotherapy and is now qualified in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and holds a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD). She is registered with the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), and is fully insured. Desiree is passionate about using these skills to support nervous patients, helping to create a calm, relaxed, and positive dental experience.
Outside of Whitgift Dental, Desiree also works at Inspired to Change Bromley, a team of hypnotherapy professionals who specialise in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy a modern, supportive approach designed to help people improve wellbeing, manage stress, and make positive changes in their lives. Their work empowers clients to focus on solutions in the present and future rather than dwelling on the past, helping individuals build confidence, resilience, and motivation.
