Desiree joined our team in November 2015 and has been a vital part of Whitgift Dental ever since. She dedicates her time to enhancing the patient experience by delivering exceptional customer care and ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported. Desiree completed her Higher Skills Care Coordinator course, further strengthening her ability to provide informed treatment options and tailored support throughout the patient journey.
With many years of front-of-house experience, Desiree continues to impress with her efficiency and her friendly yet professional approach. She also assists in surgery, where she enjoys the clinical side of dentistry and caring for patients in a hands-on capacity.
Since 2024, Desiree has embarked on an exciting new journey studying Hypnotherapy. She is currently working towards her Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma, which she is set to complete in 2026. This training allows her to develop advanced skills to support our more nervous patients, helping to create a calm and relaxing dental experience.
